I accompany you at trade fairs, congresses and international meetings so no language stands between you and closing the deal.
On-site, remote or hybrid — I adapt to your event's urgency and format, not the other way around.
Every nuance, every intention, every pause matters. I interpret so nothing gets lost — as if there were no interpreter in the room at all.

Confidential work for leading institutions, companies and public bodies.

I'm the person who makes it possible for two worlds to understand each other in real time — without losses, without misunderstandings. Interpreting and translation aren't a formality: they're the difference between closing a deal or losing it, between reaching your audience or being left at the door. Trained in conference interpreting, with experience coordinating language services at scale and a background in business marketing, I understand the event, the message, and the end goal from the very first moment.

“I’ve known Natalia for a long time and she has always struck me as a very professional, responsible person who is fully committed to everything she does. She’s very organized, prepares her work with great care, and conveys trust from the very first moment. Her command of languages and communication skills also make her an excellent choice for anyone in need of a conference interpreter.”
“Natalia was very professional and easy to work with from the very first moment. The translation was flawless and delivered on time. I would definitely work with her again.”
“A great professional! Demanding and dedicated to her work, while also being very warm.”
The most common questions before booking an interpreter. If yours isn't here, just write to me.
When communication is critical and there's little room for error: international congresses, corporate negotiations, legal proceedings, institutional events, or any event with participants speaking different languages. Professional interpreting requires specific training in booth technique, note-taking, pressure management, and specialized terminology. Fluency in two languages isn't enough. A terminology error at a pharmaceutical congress, an inaccuracy in a legal proceeding, or a misunderstanding in a negotiation can have consequences that go far beyond the cost of the assignment. Not sure if your event needs professional interpreting? Tell me the format and I'll advise you.
Rates vary depending on the format (simultaneous, consecutive, or RSI), duration, sector, and whether the event is on-site, remote, or hybrid. There's no single price — every assignment has its own technical and logistical needs. Tell me about your event and I'll send you a personalized quote within 24 hours.
RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) is simultaneous interpreting delivered remotely. The interpreter works from a professional studio and participants listen in their own language through specialized platforms such as Interprefy, KUDO or Interactio — no physical booths, no travel, no geographic limitations. It's the standard format for online and hybrid events, international meetings, and any format where participants are in different locations. I'm a certified Interprefy interpreter (Feb. 2025) with experience in RSI and hybrid events for clients in Spain, the UK, and internationally.
Confidentiality is a matter of professional ethics, not an option. My practice follows the AIIC Code of Ethics (Art. 2): absolute professional secrecy over all assignment content — speeches, discussions, documents and strategic data — with no exceptions and no time limit. I sign confidentiality agreements (NDAs) tailored to each client and sector before the assignment begins. I operate in compliance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. For remote events: secure connections, certified platforms, and no recording of content unless explicitly instructed by the client. Do you have specific confidentiality requirements? Get in touch before hiring.
Yes. On-site throughout Spain and Europe. Remotely, internationally. For on-site events, I recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks in advance. For remote events, availability is more flexible.
Yes. While most of my work is with companies, institutions and public bodies, I also help individuals — with translation of official and personal documents, and with adapting your professional profile (CV, LinkedIn, social media) into another language. Tell me what you need and I'll let you know if I can help.
Tell me the dates, format, and topic of your event. I'll reply within 24–48 business hours with availability, a quote and, where relevant, a booth team proposal.
I work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and GDPR compliance as standard practice on every assignment. Ask me for my template or send me yours.
